1. Scope of Work

Tr1ple3ight agrees to provide the following services to the client:

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. Payment for work completed up to the date of termination is required.

8. Miscellaneous

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

• Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
